Do you enjoy visiting France and wish
to know more about the French way of life? If so, why not join in the social
and cultural activities provided by the Twinning Association. The main
objective of the Association is to bring together the communities of Sturry,
Fordwich and District, and that of Aire, a medieval town a short distance from Calais. The highlight of
each year is the exchange visit between families in Sturry, Fordwich and Aire
which has led to longstanding friendships.
All residents of Sturry and
Fordwich are automatically members of the Association and there is no
membership fee.
